Hastings Stade

Hastings, East Sussex

Tim Ronalds Architects were selected by Hastings Borough Council to create a new public space, community facilities and cafe beside Hastings historic fishing beach and net shops. The design draws its inspiration from the forms of the beach and fishing infrastructure, restoring the link between the beach and Hastings Old Town.

Conceived with the new Jerwood Gallery, the development is a vital part of Hastings' regeneration strategy.
