Tim Ronalds Architects has over 30 years’ experience of delivering outstanding projects. We are a RIBA Chartered Practice and offer the full range of architectural services including consultancy, feasibility, planning, detailed design and full project management and contract administration. Our approach is based on understanding clients’ needs and forming long-lasting relationships. Each project is tailor made for its client, site and brief, and the resulting buildings are varied and original.
Conservation
Tim Ronalds Architects has an outstanding reputation for working with listed buildings. We are expert at conserving, adapting and revitalising historic buildings. Our approach combines rigour and sensitivity, integrating old and new to make a harmonious whole. We have produced conservation management plans, listed building consents and delivered heritage projects for arts organisations, universities and the National Trust. Tim Ronalds is an RIBA Conservation Architect.
Masterplanning
Tim Ronalds Architects are experienced masterplanners and have prepared development plans for some of the top schools in the country. Our Masterplans enable schools to develop, grow, and adapt in a coherent way that looks to the future.
What distinguishes our approach is the depth of analysis of a school’s educational needs, priorities, and its sites and buildings. Based on these studies, we explore options for development, and consider sequence, cost and funding to establish a Masterplan strategy.
